Colour: Mirror clean, medium ruby. Essences: medium intensity, red fruits like cherries, plums.
Aroma: moderately bodied, round tannins, balanced acidity. When tasting, red fruits (cherries, plums) can also be noticed. Aftertaste disappears moderately, fruity flavour and aroma is long-lasting. It is easy to drink, balanced.
Recommendations: It is recommended with Goulash soup, fish soup, soups from pheasant, guinea-fowl, goose, duck as well as with roast meat dishes from pork and veal.
