Aroma: moderately bodied, moderate tannins, fresh acids and red fruits (rasberry, cherry) and menthol can be recognised along with dark chocolate and vanilla from the maturation in barrels. It is balanced, pleasant and has a long-lasting aroma.
Recommendations: It is recommended with steaks, game stew, grilled meats, marinated duck and roasted goose.
